Submission Guidelines

All submissions are due to arcmag@arc-mag.com by Wednesday, December 31st. In an effort to eliminate bias during the reviewing process, we ask that you do not include your name/any identifying characteristics in your creative submission.

Please see below for the preferred file type for each category of creative submissions. All artist bios should be submitted as pdf documents.

Each creative submission document should be titled “WorkTitle.GenreType”. For example, if the work is a piece of non-fiction titled “My Hometown” the document should be titled “My Hometown.Non-fiction”. Each artist bio should be titled “Artist Bio.First Initial.LastName.” For example if your name is John Doe, the document should be titled “Artist Bio.J.Doe.” (We understand that extenuating circumstances may prevent some contributors from being able to follow the above guidelines, but for the sake of our organization we ask that contributors please try to follow them).

Each contributor is limited to 3 original submissions. For contributors submitting multiple works, please submit each unique piece in a separate email. Previously published (professionally or otherwise) pieces will not be considered.

See our Submission Information page for more details on this issues’s organizing theme.
